These terms govern your use of Eodly, operated by LayerGen LLC. By creating a workspace you agree to them.
You own your workspace data. Eodly processes it to produce your reports and for nothing else. See the Data Processing Addendum.
Eodly is a reporting tool for teams you manage. It may not be used to monitor people without their knowledge; the product is deliberately built so it cannot do keystroke logging or screen capture.
Paid plans bill monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time, and the plan you are on is shown in your workspace settings. See pricing for what each tier includes.
Eodly is offered as-is while in active development. We will give notice of material changes to these terms or to how the service works. Questions go to contact, and data handling is covered by Privacy.
