This addendum covers the personal data Eodly processes on your behalf when you connect your team’s tools, and the commitments that come with it.

What is processed

Check-in messages your team sends to the Eodly bot, and activity metadata from the systems of record you connect: commits, pull requests, and issue movement from GitHub and Linear.

How it is isolated

Every record is scoped to a single organization and enforced with row-level security at the database, not only in application code.

Sub-processors and residency

Eodly runs on Vercel and Supabase, with model inference for report synthesis. Eodly is operated by LayerGen LLC, a Delaware company. See Privacy for the plain-language version and Terms for the contract.
