Eodly stores only the check-ins and activity it needs to write your evening report. Each workspace is isolated with row-level security, so one company can never read another company’s data.
The chat channels you designate and the repositories or workspaces you explicitly grant, not your whole Slack, not your private messages, and not every repo you own.
No keystroke logging. No screen capture. No location tracking. Not now and not later. Eodly works for the founder; it is not monitoring software pointed at the team.
Analytics, advertising and partner cookies (PostHog, Google Ads, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and the Affitor and Endorsely partner programs) are optional. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, or where we cannot tell your location, they only run if you accept them in the cookie banner. Everywhere else they run by default, and Decline in the banner turns them off. You can change your choice at any time. If they are off, PostHog stores nothing in your browser and only counts your visit anonymously. Google Fonts and a Cloudflare sign-in check run for everyone.
