Eodly is an AI chief of staff for founders running mixed teams. It captures what your team actually did across the tools they already use, then sends you one sourced end-of-day report: who shipped, who is silent, who is slipping, and where a status claim does not match the evidence.
No. Your team checks in from where they already work. They send one short message to the Eodly bot in Slack, Telegram, or Discord, and that is it. There is no new dashboard for them to learn and no daily meeting to attend. The dashboard is for you, the founder or lead.
No. Eodly is a chief of staff for the founder, not a watcher for the team. It never does keystroke logging or screen capture, and it never will. It reads the check-ins your team sends and the work systems you connect, such as GitHub or Linear, not their private messages or their screens.
Today: Slack, Telegram, and Discord for check-ins, plus GitHub and Linear for code and tickets. Microsoft Teams and calendar sync are on the near roadmap. The full, honest list of what is live versus coming is on the What we read page.
Most async standup tools just repeat what people type. Eodly weighs each claim against real evidence: a merged pull request, a moved Linear ticket, a live link, a screenshot read by AI vision. When the claim and the evidence agree, nothing is flagged. When someone has said "almost done" for three days and nothing has moved, the report shows the gap side by side, for you to judge.
You choose the time and timezone per workspace in Settings. The default is 7 PM local. The report lands on your dashboard, and if you connect a chat channel, as a direct message too.
Yes. You create a campaign with deliverables and send the creator a magic link, so they need no account. They submit proof as a post URL that Eodly checks is live, or a screenshot read by AI vision. You approve, and they move to a payout-ready list. Eodly does not move money; you pay out manually.
Eodly stores only the check-ins and activity it needs to write your report, isolated per workspace with row-level security so one company can never see another company’s data. It reads the specific channels you designate, not your whole workspace. The Privacy and Data Processing pages spell out the details.
Connecting a chat platform and your code tools takes a few minutes. When you connect GitHub or Linear, Eodly backfills the last several days of history, so your very first report has real work in it instead of an empty page.
Eodly is onboarding a small founding cohort right now, so pricing is set with each customer directly rather than published. If you want a number for your team size, reach out at hello@eodly.io.
